The first thing that you need to do is to build a facade for your windows. If you are working on windows xp, you can use the free software that is found in the Start menu. Open the start menu and click on run. Type the name of the program, then click on search.
Once you enter the name of the program, a window will appear with some choices that you have to make. The first one is to select a program. Then click on the Install button. Then click on next. You will see that a pop up window appears, click on continue. After you finish the installation, you will be prompted to start the application, click on OK.
In this step, you will be asked if you want to update the application or save it to disk. You have to follow all of the instructions presented. Then the application will start and create a configuration file. After a few minutes, you will see that the program created a proper configuration for your windows. After you install the application and log in to the Microsoft support website, you will have to login and answer a few questions. Then you can start the application.
